Magigoo PP-GF: The Adhesive for Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene

Magigoo PP-GF is a specialized 3D printing adhesive formulated exclusively for glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene (GFPP) filaments. It's designed to solve the common issue of warping and poor bed adhesion, ensuring your prints stay firmly in place while the print bed is hot and release effortlessly once it cools down.

Why Use Magigoo PP-GF?

GFPP is a strong and durable engineering material with excellent strength-to-weight properties, but it's also prone to significant warping. Standard adhesives aren't effective with this material. Magigoo PP-GF's unique formulation is specifically engineered to handle the distinct characteristics of GFPP, providing reliable adhesion for even the most challenging prints.

How to Use:

1. Shake the bottle well.
2. Press the nib onto the print bed to activate the valve and apply the adhesive to the desired area.
3. Print according to the filament and printer manufacturer's recommendations.
4. Allow the print to cool completely. The part should pop right off.
5. Clean the print bed with a damp cloth.

Pro-Tips:

1. For challenging prints, use a 20mm brim with 2 layers.
2. Always clean and level your build plate before printing.
3. An enclosed printer is recommended.
4. Optimal printing speed is 20-55 mm/s.
