Return Policy
We apply a strict policy based on the sales channel used to purchase your goods. Please read the terms below carefully.
In-Store Purchases (Physical Shop):
For all items purchased directly at our physical store in Maarssen, bought is bought.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind on items bought in person at our physical shop.

All physical store sales are final, except in cases where an item possesses a manufacturing defect or error, as covered under legal warranty guidelines.
Online Purchases (Webshop Only):
In accordance with EU consumer regulations, online webshop purchases are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an online return via your customer dashboard.
Webshop Return Eligibility & Conditions:
To protect the integrity of our high-precision and specialized stock, items returned from online orders must meet strict criteria. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or digital proof of purchase.
Strict Value & Packaging Rules:

Sealed Packaging: Breaking any seal, vacuum packaging, or dust/light-tight packaging is entirely unnecessary to assess the product and will result in a 100% reduction in value (no refund).

Product Box Protection: Do not write, make markings, or place any tape/stickers directly on the original product packaging.

Outer Shipping Box: You must pack your return items inside a separate outer shipping box to prevent transport damage.

Depreciation: If the product or its packaging arrives used or damaged in any way, ec3d.nl reserves the right to depreciate the item up to 100% of the original purchase price.
How to Process a Webshop Return:
Online orders can only be returned using the automated tracking system or dropped off directly back to our location.
Option A: Return via Your Online Account (Self-Serve):

Go directly to our secure Customer Sign-In Page.

Enter your email address to receive a secure, 6-digit verification code. Enter the code on screen to sign in.

Select the fulfilled order and specific items you wish to return, select your reason, and click submit.

Once our team reviews and approves your request, you will receive an automated email with a Return Reference Number and complete mailing instructions.

Pack your items securely inside an outer shipping box and mail them to our logistics address: Gageldijk 2, Unit B2, 3602 AL, Maarssen, Netherlands
Please note: Return shipping costs are solely your responsibility. Items sent back to us without an approved self-serve request will not be accepted.
Option B: Drop Off In-Store (Free):
- You may drop off your online return directly at our physical store in Maarssen during opening hours to save on shipping costs. You must bring the item in its original, unopened packaging along with your digital order confirmation.
Webshop Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your webshop order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at info@ec3d.nl if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions:
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (Webshop Orders Only):
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your package. If approved under our packaging rules, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your package was marked as received and you have not received your refund notification, please contact us at info@ec3d.nl.
