How it works:
- Order: Select "Click & Collect" at checkout.
- Wait for the Ping: We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
- Pick Up: Bring your ID and order confirmation (phone or paper).

- Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00

Order Processing and Dispatch:
Because all of our products are in stock, we aim to process and prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 on a weekday (Monday to Friday) are generally processed on the same day.
DHL collects our orders every weekday between 15:00 and 17:00 (Central European Time, CET). Therefore, orders processed on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day for delivery according to the DHL service you selected at checkout.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and dispatched with DHL during their scheduled collection time.
