At EC3D Enterprises, we pride ourselves on the fact that we do not engage in dropshipping. Every product you see listed on our website is physically in our inventory and readily available for shipment from our location in Maarssen, Netherlands.
This ensures that we have direct control over the quality and processing of your order, allowing us to provide you with a more reliable and efficient shipping experience.
Order Processing and Dispatch:
Because all of our products are in stock, we aim to process and prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 on a weekday (Monday to Friday) are generally processed on the same day.
FedEx collects our orders every weekday between 16:00 and 17:00 (Central European Time, CET). Therefore, orders processed on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day for delivery according to the FedEx service you selected at checkout.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and dispatched with FedEx during their scheduled collection time.
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands):
We are pleased to offer reliable domestic shipping within the Netherlands via FedEx. You can choose from the following services at checkout:
1. Free Domestic Shipping: For our valued customers within the Netherlands, orders totaling €99.95 or more (excluding taxes and after any discounts) will qualify for free shipping. This free shipping will be provided via a FedEx service of our choice.
2. FedEx Priority: Our most cost-effective FedEx option, FedEx Priority ensures your package will arrive by the end of the next business day for a rate of €4.95. This is a reliable option for timely delivery.
Example: An order placed on Friday will be delivered by the end of the business day on Monday.
3. FedEx Priority Express: This service guarantees delivery by noon the following business day. Please note that FedEx Priority Express operates on weekdays only.
Example: An order placed on Wednesday will be delivered by noon on Thursday. An order placed on Saturday will be delivered by noon on Tuesday.
4. FedEx First: For our fastest domestic delivery, FedEx First ensures your package arrives by 10:00 am the next business day to most locations. This is ideal for time-sensitive orders. Please note that FedEx First operates on weekdays only.
Example: If an order is placed on Monday before the cut-off time, it will typically be delivered by late morning on Tuesday. An order placed on Saturday will be delivered by late morning on Tuesday.
Note: Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for FedEx services are estimates and are not guaranteed by [EC3D Enterprises]. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control. We will provide a tracking number for your convenience.
Domestic Pickup Points:
1. PostNL Pickup Points (Netherlands & Belgium)
For added convenience, customers in the Netherlands and Belgium can choose to have their order delivered to a PostNL pickup point for a cost-effective rate of €5.95. This service primarily operates on weekdays. If you select this option during checkout, you will be able to choose a convenient location from the available PostNL pickup points in your area. Once your order arrives at your chosen pickup point, you will be notified by PostNL that it is ready for collection. Please ensure you bring a valid form of identification when collecting your parcel.
2. Click & Collect (Pick Up In-Store):
For customers located in or near Maarssen, we also offer a convenient Click & Collect service. Simply select this option at checkout, and once your order is processed, you will receive a notification (usually ready in 2 hours) that it is ready for pickup at our physical store located in Maarssen. You can collect your order during our trading hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid form of identification when you come to collect your purchase.
