The printer's gantry and base are constructed with a durable, mechanically sturdy ADC12 aluminium alloy, created through die-casting. With minimal screws and connection points, its smooth, rounded edges add to its stability and refined aesthetic.

SPEED ​​WITH COORDINATED XZ MOVEMENTS:

With its max. print speed of 600 mm/s and a max. acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², the Ender 3 V3 prints up to 12 times faster compared to a standard i3 3D printer, setting new standards for Bed Slinger.

Note: In combination with Creality Hyper PLA filaments, the printer prints much faster and with higher quality.

Because the Ender 3 V3 's X and Z axes are connected, two high-torque motors work in unison to respond at lightning speed. This results in an impressive speed of 0 to 600 mm/s in just 0.03 seconds.

Thanks to precise linear guides and a fully automatic toothed belt, the Z axis can be positioned with the utmost precision. With a Z-axis accuracy of ≤ 15 µm, there is minimal Z-banding.

EXTRUDER KIT WITH QUICK-SWAP NOZZLE:

The direct drive extruder of the Ender 3 V3 is reinforced by a bolster spring and a ball plunger for a firmer filament grip.

UPGRADES:

• Lateral spring that strengthens the hold of the extruder gears

• Powder metallurgy lever that maintains the extrusion force

The Creality Ender 3 V3 features a unique "Unicorn" tri-metal copper nozzle that combines steel and titanium alloy for optimal heat resistance. This long-lasting nozzle includes an integrated heatbreak that effectively blocks heat creep and can be easily replaced. For safety, always allow the nozzle to cool before handling.

The hotend boasts a powerful ceramic heater that can quickly melt high-temperature filaments. The ceramic heating element can reach temperatures from 0 to 300°C in just 75 seconds. Additionally, the printhead is equipped with front and back fans to help solidify freshly printed layers, preventing drooping, warping, or stringing.

To ensure stability, the printhead fan is dynamically balanced, reducing the likelihood of wobbling, ringing, or ghosting.
