STABLE CONSTRUCTION:

The Ender 3 V3 Plus features a die-cast aluminium alloy frame and base, designed in the shape of a sturdy triangle for maximum stability. Additional support rods and rounded corners enhance the structure and reduce Z-axis wobbling. With minimal screws, this printer has a sleek and elegant appearance.

COREXZ MOTION SYSTEM:

The CoreXZ motion system provides a stable connection for the X and Z axes of the 3D printer. Coordinated movements between the two high-torque motors at the base ensure smooth and precise axis movements, while also allowing the Z axis to reach a top speed of 600mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20000mm/s². This results in significantly faster printing times of up to 12 times the speed!

The Y-axis is equipped with two strong motors capable of producing a peak torque of 1000 Nm, allowing the print bed and prints to move smoothly and quickly along two sturdy linear guide rods.

DIRECT DRIVE EXTRUDER:

The optimized extruder of the Ender 3 V3 Plus features a support spring and ball roller, ensuring a secure grip on filament and preventing clogs.

The 60-watt ceramic heating element reaches 300 °C in just 75 seconds, allowing for effortless melting of filaments at high speeds.

INTEGRATED, QUICK-CHANGE TRI-METAL UNICORN NOZZLE:

The Ender 3 V3 Plus features a combination tri-metal nozzle, including a copper nozzle with a steel tip and a titanium alloy heat break. This durable nozzle effectively blocks heat and can be conveniently replaced if needed.

EFFICIENT FANS: 

There is a fan at the front and back of the print head that cools the printed layers quickly and evenly for better printing results.
