Magigoo PP: The Professional Adhesive for Polypropylene

Magigoo PP is a specialized adhesive designed exclusively for professional use with polypropylene (PP) filaments. It ensures your prints stay firmly attached to the bed during printing and are easy to remove once they cool.

Why use a dedicated PP adhesive?

Polypropylene is an incredibly useful engineering material known for its high impact resistance and ductility. However, its non-polar, chemical-resistant nature makes it notoriously difficult to adhere to other materials, posing a significant challenge for 3D printing. Magigoo PP is formulated specifically to overcome this challenge, providing the reliable adhesion needed for successful prints with this tricky material.

How to Use:

  1. Shake the bottle vigorously.
  2. Apply by pressing the nib onto the print bed to activate the internal valve and spread a thin layer over the desired area.
  3. Print according to your filament and printer manufacturer’s recommendations.
  4. Cool & Remove: Let the print bed cool completely. The part should become easier to remove. If it’s still stuck, use a scraper to assist or apply a small amount of water under the part to help it release.

Clean:

Use a wet, abrasive sponge to scrub off the white residue. Once the layer is loose, wipe it away with a wet cloth and dry with a paper towel.

Together, Layer by Layer!
