Polymaker PolyLite PLA-CF 1.75mm

PolyLite™ PLA-CF is a PLA filament that’s reinforced with 8% milled carbon fibers. This not only boosts the rigidity of the filament, but it also produces parts with a beautiful carbon black surface finish. The carbon fibers help reduce shrinkage during printing, producing extremely dimensionally accurate 3D printed parts with a unique surface finish.Your printer will need to be equipped with a hardened nozzle in order to print PolyLite™ PLA-CF.PolyLite™ PLA-CF contains 8% carbon fiber by weight.

• Nozzle temperature - 190 – 220 (℃)
• Build surface material - BuildTak® , Glass, Blue Tape
• Build surface treatment - Glue
• Build plate temperature - 30 - 60 (˚C)
• Cooling fan - ON
• Printing speed - 30-70 (mm/s)
• Raft separation distance - 0.2 (mm)
• Retraction distance - 3 (mm)
• Retraction speed - 40 (mm/s)
• Environmental temperature Room temperature - 45 (˚C)
• Threshold overhang angle - 45 (˚)
• Recommended support material - PolySupport™ and PolyDissolve™ S1
