The Phaetus Conch M4 EndCoat Spare Nozzle is designed specifically for Phaetus Conch M4 series hotends. Featuring a specialized EndCoat hard-film surface treatment over a high-hardness steel core (HV3300), this nozzle delivers up to 2.5 times the service life of standard hardened steel nozzles. Its precision M4 thread ensures low thermal resistance and leak-free performance when printing highly abrasive composite filaments.

PRO TIP:
Always perform the final tightening of your Conch M4 nozzle while the hotend is heated to 250°C. Apply a torque of approximately 1.0–1.5 Nm to create a proper molten-seal seal between the nozzle rear shoulder and the heat break without damaging the M4 threads.
