The Creality Ender-3 V3 KE Ceramic Heating Block Kit is an upgraded hotend assembly built for rapid heating and high-speed extrusion up to 300°C. Featuring a 360° cylindrical ceramic heating ring, this kit provides exceptional thermal efficiency and uniform heat distribution across the melt zone. Supplied with two bi-metal 0.4mm nozzles, it offers improved wear resistance and excellent thermal conductivity for reliable performance with engineering materials.

MAINTENANCE:

When changing or replacing the bi-metal nozzles, perform the final tightening at printing temperatures (~240°C–250°C) to prevent thermal gaps and filament leaks between the nozzle and heatbreak.
