Whether you are handling large single prints or high-volume batches, the Mercury Plus V3.0 ensures clean, crisp details and optimal mechanical strength every time.

  • Upgraded Working Capacity: Features a massive 7.5L cleaning bucket—a 114% increase over the V2.0—and a 460% larger curing zone, allowing you to process larger models or multiple parts simultaneously.  
  • Dual-Mode Cleaning:
    • Basket Mode: Clean loose models directly in the basket with a maximum wash volume of 230 × 135 × 260 mm.  
    • Hanging Mode: Keep prints attached to build plates up to 10 inches using two adjustable support brackets, accommodating volumes up to 214 × 135 × 180 mm.  
  • Enhanced Washing Mechanism: Built with a high-durability POM (polyoxymethylene) bearing for smoother rotation and stronger liquid vortexing, removing uncured resin from tight geometries with minimal noise.  
  • 360° Uniform UV Curing: Powered by 24 UV LED lamps (405nm) paired with reflective bottom mirrors and a transparent rotating turntable to deliver complete top-to-bottom light coverage without shadow spots.  
  • Intuitive Touch Control: Easily select wash or cure modes and set precise processing times from 0 to 30 minutes via the clean touch-panel display.  
  • Built-in Safety Protections: The tinted anti-UV cover blocks up to 99.9% of UV light, while an integrated safety microswitch automatically pauses curing if the cover is removed during operation.
