Kraftprotz Ultra Liquid Weld Seam
Arka KRAFTPROTZ ULTRA: The Ultimate Industrial Repair Solution
When a simple glue won't cut it, the Arka KRAFTPROTZ ULTRA steps in. Known as a "liquid weld," this high-performance system is engineered for extreme structural repairs where durability isn't just a preference—it's a requirement.
Made in Europe - Engineered and manufactured to the highest European quality standards, KRAFTPROTZ ULTRA ensures consistent chemical purity and superior bonding performance compared to standard hardware-store adhesives.
The "Liquid Weld" Mechanism - The system works through a sophisticated two-component chemical reaction. By combining a high-purity liquid adhesive with a specialized reinforcement granulate, you create a structural bond that is often stronger than the original material.
Key Features:
- Massive Tensile Strength: Designed to withstand heavy mechanical loads and vibrations.
- Reconstructive Capability: Use it to fill drill holes, bridge wide gaps, or replace snapped-off plastic tabs.
- Post-Processing Ready: Once cured (which happens in seconds), the material can be sanded, filed, drilled, and painted without cracking.
- Resilience: It is resistant to water, fuels, oils, and extreme temperatures
Material Compatibility:
KRAFTPROTZ ULTRA is a universal problem solver, though it performs best on rigid surfaces.
- Plastic (without PE & PP)
- Metal
- Aluminium
- Rubber
- Leather
- Wood
- Porcelain
- Stone
- Glass
Application Strategy:
- Preparation: Remove dirt and loose parts from the glued areas. If necessary, roughen very smooth glued areas a little.
- The Seam Method: Fill gaps between glued areas or cracks & holes with Kraftprotz Ultra power granulate.
- The Fill Method: Gradually apply Kraftprotz Ultra superglue onto the power granulate until it is completely soaked. The glue hardens within a few minutes.
- Finish: If necessary, the bonding or filling area can then be easily reworked mechanically, e.g. with sandpaper.
Safety Note: This reaction produces a small amount of heat and vapor—always use in a well-ventilated area and avoid skin contact during the curing phase.
