Phaetus Arkfly POPWEB™ Cool Plate - Bambu Lab H2D / H2S
The Phaetus Arkfly POPWEB™ Cool Plate (355x346mm) is an extra-large, double-sided spring steel build surface engineered for the large-format Bambu Lab H2 series (H2D / H2S). Utilizing advanced room-temperature adhesive technology, this plate allows reliable PLA printing with minimal to no heatbed warming, significantly reducing power consumption and heat radiation across large surface areas. The heavy-duty spring steel core ensures long-term flatness and allows clean model removal with a simple flex.
KEY FEATURES:
-
Large-Format Cold Adsorption: Formulated composite layer delivers strong bed adhesion for PLA and PETG at low temperatures, minimizing power draw on large print beds.
-
POPWEB™ Micro-Texture: Delivers solid first-layer bonding while leaving a smooth, clean finish on the bottom surface of models.
-
Reinforced Spring Steel: Engineered to resist warping across the expansive 355 x 346 mm build surface under repeated thermal cycles.
-
Warp Elimination: Maintains rigid adhesion on large-footprint functional parts, preventing lifted edges and corner warping.
-
Precision H2 Fit: Exact 355 x 346 mm geometry with specialized positioning alignment cutouts designed for Bambu Lab H2 series heatbeds.

MAINTENANCE:
Clean strictly with warm water and standard dish soap. Do not use Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA), acetone, or abrasive scrubbers, as chemical solvents can degrade the specialized POPWEB™ surface layer over time.
PRO TIP:
Avoid using harsh scraper blades or abrasive pads on the POPWEB™ coating to preserve its low-temperature adhesion properties.
