The Phaetus Conch Hotend (0.4mm) is an ultra-high-performance 35 mm³/s drop-in replacement hotend core built for Bambu Lab X1 and P1 series 3D printers. Featuring a Titanium Alloy heatbreak, a copper-coated heater block, and an EndCoat-treated nozzle, it delivers top-tier flow rates and thermal efficiency. Supplied without electronics, it reuses your stock Bambu Lab heater cartridge and thermistor.

MAINTENANCE:

Clean cold-end mounting surfaces prior to installation. Use thermal paste on thermistor cartridge pockets when transferring stock electronics.

Since both the Conch and Conch Plus feature the same high 35 mm³/s flow rate, position the standard Conch as the ultimate balance between high-speed performance and value, while reserving the Conch Plus for customers needing the extreme abrasion resistance of Silicon Carbide.
