PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

The Phaetus Conch Hotend M6 Series is a high-flow, modular hotend upgrade designed for the Bambu Lab X1 and P1 series. Featuring a detachable M6 EndCoat coated hardened steel nozzle (HV3300 hardness), this hotend delivers up to 2.5 times longer service life than stock hardened steel nozzles. Its copper-coated heater block and titanium alloy heat break support volumetric flow rates up to 30 mm³/s without thermal creep or heat degradation.

• Replaceable M6 Nozzle System: Modular M6 threaded nozzle design allows rapid nozzle tip replacements (0.2mm to 0.8mm) in under 30 seconds without replacing the entire hotend assembly.
• EndCoat Coating (HV3300): Premium surface treatment provides 2.5x the lifespan of standard hardened steel, handling carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, boron carbide, and glow-in-the-dark filaments.

PRO TIP:

The Phaetus Conch M6 for the X1 and P1 series is supplied without the heating element and thermistor. Carefully transfer your stock Bambu ceramic heating element and thermistor wire assembly using quality thermal paste. When swapping M6 EndCoat nozzles, perform final torque tightening while the hotend is heated to 250°C to prevent filament oozing.
