PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
The Phaetus Conch Hotend Plus SiC Series is a quick-swap, high-flow hotend engineered specifically for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini. Featuring an integrated Silicon Carbide (SiC) nozzle with a Mohs hardness of 9.8, this upgrade delivers up to double the wear resistance of hardened steel alongside maximum thermal conductivity (170 W/m·K), allowing higher printing speeds and reliable extrusion with abrasive composite filaments.

- Quick-Swap A1 Architecture: Direct drop-in design compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini toolhead clamping mechanism.
- Hardened SiC Nozzle: Silicon Carbide nozzle tip (Mohs 9.8) prevents wear from carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, wood, metal, and glow-in-the-dark composites.
- High Volumetric Flow: Optimized thermal melt zone supports flow rates up to 30 mm³/s at operating temperatures up to 320°C.

PRO TIP:
The Phaetus Conch Plus for the A1 series is supplied without the heating cartridge and thermistor. Transfer your stock Bambu A1 heating pad and thermistor assembly carefully, ensuring the retaining clip is securely seated before mounting it back into the toolhead clamp.
